Bi-Weekly Update

Every two weeks she will send you a report that includes the following information

  • Number of visitors to your MLS listing
  • Number of visitors to your custom website
  • Number of visitors to your listing from (some) other websites
  • Number of calls on the property
  • Number of showings
  • Number of direct buyer calls
  • Address and reports of similar homes nearby that have gone under contract and sold
  • Recommendations for positioning your home to sell

No Hassle Showings

Her team’s showing service is open from 8am to 8pm and will notify you via email, text message, or phone call of a showing. You will receive email confirmations of showings and immediate feedback once it is submitted.

Neighborhood Alerts

Melody’s team will notify you via email when a home in your neighborhood hits the market, goes pending or closes so you can be truly informed of your competition.

Paperwork Made Simple

You will be given the opportunity to sign documents using electronic signatures when possible rather than hassling with faxing, scanning, or trips to the office.
